My Story and Mission in Spain

Hi! I'm Ariel. I was born in 1983 into a Christian family. I have always attended an evangelical church, but it was in the summer of 2004 when my life took a turning point of maturity and I understood that I needed to walk with God in my daily life.

Since 2001, I have been collaborating with Christian organizations, planning camps, and building genuine relationships with young people who need support or are seeking to draw closer to Jesus. I have learned that the key is to always be there for them—whether to laugh or to cry.

In 2007, I discovered Young Life. Its values and approach matched my vision perfectly. My responsibilities grew naturally within the organization until, in 2013, I made the decision to dedicate myself to this work as a full-time missionary.

Making Things Happen

As Operations Manager for Young Life Spain, my job is to coordinate the entire framework of the ministry, allowing hundreds of young people to experience life-changing moments every year. From camp planning to nationwide resource management, I ensure that our teams have the necessary infrastructure and support to make a real impact in their communities.

I firmly believe that solid organization is the foundation for any purposeful project. My goal is to streamline processes and build safe, dynamic, and well-structured environments where youth can grow, learn, and connect with one another.
